A very well drawn, good quality early 18th century English provincial George II period card table of rare shallow proportions, in red walnut, of wonderful original colour and patination,

Circa 1730.


The solid rectangular fold-over top, opening to reveal four carved counter-trays and dished corners to accomodate candlesticks, with plain veneered frieze, raised on four turned legs with a single gateleg action, on elegant pad feet.


Rare small size, original condition, fine colour and patination.
